Skylar Marshall focuses his practice on corporate and commercial transactions and general business law. He has significant experience representing companies ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations, regularly assisting with company formation and reorganization, private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and securities compliance. He works with companies across a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, technology, private equity, retail, food and agriculture, manufacturing, utilities, and professional services.
Before joining Aegis, Skylar practiced in the Denver office of Greenspoon Marder LLP. Throughout law school he worked in house in the legal department for CenturyLink. Skylar received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he was a contributor and senior editor for the Race to the Bottom Blog, a nonprofit, corporate governance and securities online journal. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Metropolitan State University of Denver where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mr. Marshall previously served on the executive council of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and remains active in the local Denver legal community today.
Skylar is admitted to practice in Colorado and lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife.
