Jenna focuses her practice on corporate transactions and general business law. She represents public and private companies ranging from start-ups to large, multi-national corporations and investors in connection with corporate and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, credit finance, corporate governance, company formation and reorganization, venture capital and private equity, and equity financing. She works with companies across a variety of industries including professional services, hotel/hospitality, retail, restaurants, real estate, technology, consumer packaged goods, cannabis, oil and gas, and banking.
Before joining Aegis, Jenna practiced in the Denver offices of Greenspoon Marder LLP and KKO and the Miami office of Stearns Weaver Miller. Throughout law school she worked in house in the legal department for Crocs shoes. Jenna received her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School where she wrote for the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University where she was the Valedictorian and graduated from the honor’s college.
On the personal side, Jenna is no stranger to the stresses of running and growing a business– her husband has founded and run two startups so she’s lived the good, bad and ugly. She also serves on the Board of Illuminate Colorado and previously served on the Boards of Rocky Mountain Innosphere and Larimer County Small Business Development Center.
Jenna is admitted to practice in Colorado and Florida and lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, two boys and dog.
